Julie Mock – President & CEO

Julie_Web-PicFor 20 years, Julie has been managing the build-out of high quality, multi-family dwelling subdivisions, custom homes and commercial construction build-outs in California and Texas.

With intimate knowledge in all phases of corporate management in the construction industry, including interfaces with architects, building contractors, city planners, utility company’s, construction loans, banking institutions, logistics, client relations, resource development, best building practices, training, corporate & legal, accounting and human resources, Julie possesses a wealth of hands-on experience.

Julie has successfully leased-out and managed over 1 million square feet of office space with an annual budget of $6 million in downtown Houston, Texas, and was project manager on all leased-space build-outs for newly acquired buildings, interfacing with building owners negotiating lease rates and terms.

George Mock – Board Member

DSCN1817Currently the Sanctuary Belize Development General Manager for Eco-Futures Belize Ltd.,  George is a highly experienced and well rounded General Manager and with strong expertise in Project Management of large scale operations.  Additionally, in process of handover of General Manager at Mango Springs Development Ltd, Kanantik, Belize.

George graduated in 1972 with a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California Davis and has 44 years of project and construction management experience in all facets of multi-million & billion dollar oil & gas projects for ExxonMobil, Marathon Oil & Maersk Oil.  George is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Texas having worked on numerous civil engineering projects/road building contracts, as well as having managed major mixed-use development projects as the owner/developer, including home construction of over 850 homes during his career as a certified General Contractor by the State of California.

George has a proven track record of process development, planning, contracting, design, construction, executing, and entire delivery in land development, multi-family dwelling residential sub-divisions and commercial construction in both California and Texas.  George also has a strong background and experience in supply chain logistics, including tender development, contracting, interface management, training, including strong process management and mentoring skills.  As a board member he provides leadership in company set-up and expansion.

James Allen – Director of Quality Assurance

James grew up in Oklahoma where he competed in state competitions earning him a scholarship to Oklahoma State University where he studied Mechanical engineering. James has been a senior-level construction professional with more than 35 years of achievement across all aspects of mechanical building systems while owning and operating his own HVAC Corporation. His strong business acumen complemented by advanced technical expertise creating a unique ability to deliver end-to-end management of large-scale projects while leading new technologies with NASA, BP Baker Hughes, ExxonMobil, Schlumberger, Dow Chemical and Bayer Chemical.

James is a trusted partner who can engage people of all aspects. Coming from humble beginnings he understands the value of a dollar and will always ensure that your interests are first.  As a family man in Texas, James knows the value of trust, honesty and hard work. His children have excelled in equestrian and academic activities which have made him very proud and are a testament to his integrity and sense of value.

Malena Cudd – Sales & Client Relations Manager

Professional PhotoBorn and raised in Southern Arizona Malena grew up learning the values of strong work ethics and leadership skills while competing in 4-H livestock shows, livestock judging contests and leadership councils. Her hard work paid off when she earned a scholarship to attend the University of Arizona. She finished in Marketing at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.

Malena’s entrepreneurial ambition led her to own and operate an independent auto dealership and later, which became a passion, a Jeep specialty shop and achieving 1 million in sales the first year. There, her ability to design custom off road vehicles for both personal and commercial uses allowed her flexibility to think outside the box. Client relationships built on solid communications and faith were the keys to successful outcomes. Many of which have been attained over the years. Her strong interpersonal skills also led her to a successful career in Real Estate. In Houston, Texas she received a Houston Association of Realtors Top 100 Producers. Malena has closed over 100 transactions in the Houston and metro areas. Combined, she has over 20 years of client relations, management and a wealth of hands on experience.

Malena loves her Border Collies, which she actively participates with in national and international dog sports. She is an avid outdoor person and is studying to become a Certified Personal Trainer.

Ray Villegas – Construction Manager

Villegas-1302Ray was born, reared and educated in Wichita, Kansas. Ray began his career in residential construction, working as a Journeyman Plumber, then onto a Master Plumber. Employer recognizing Ray’s abilities to expand his knowledge beyond plumbing, Civil and Mechanical projects was promoted to Construction Superintendent on a larger commercial scale. Further, Ray moved upward to become a leading Project Manager for the company whom specialized in maintaining the ICBM missile sites throughout the United States and then onto decommissioning these notable sites.

Ray volunteered for military service with the US Marine Corps, served in the elite First Force Recon and was instrumental in obtaining intelligence on the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese Army on several key battles throughout the Vietnam Action. Ray received three Purple Hearts for wounds received in action. Upon completion of his military service Ray returned to Wichita where he continued his education at Wichita State University, earning his Associates degree.

Ray moved onward with his construction career in commercial / Industrial Construction. Ray attended and graduated Technical College earning degrees in Computer Programming and graduated first in his class in Mechanical Contracting / Power Generation.

Ray has worked with some of the leading companies in construction including, Fluor Daniel (17 Years), Halliburton (7 Years), Kellog Brown & Root (9 Years) and Berger Cummins International (6 Years). Ray served in the following capacities; Project Manager with Fluor Daniel managing multiple construction projects with the US Navy, McDonald Douglas, TRW, and several clients in the Computer Chip design and manufacturing. Serving as the Project General Manager for Halliburton for the Oil &Gas infrastructure in Iraq, and as a Construction Manager for Kellogg Brown & Root on multiple projects throughout the United States as well as internationally. Served as the Country Manager for Berger Cummins implementing Critical Power Generation for the Military bases throughout Iraq during country crisis.

Ray is married and has a son whom is attending college along with his wife whom is in pursuit of a Master Degree in Accounting.
